At Napa & Main, we are proud to begin the next chapter in the history of our family’s property at 1502 Main Street. Built in 1872, this historic gem in downtown Napa holds a special place in our hearts and in the community. It has been home to thriving businesses and cherished memories for generations.

This building is more than just redwood & stucco– it’s part of our family’s story. It was lovingly stewarded by our Great Grandparents John and Louisa Rossi,  our Great Uncle Frankie Rossi, and our father Charles Lopez whose commitment to family and legacy ensured its place in Napa’s vibrant history. We honor their hard work and dedication as we embark on these much-needed renovations to preserve and enhance the property for years to come.

Over time, the building has faced the wear and tear of age. While it has not been fully updated for many years, we see this as an opportunity to restore and refresh this beloved space while staying true to its historic character. Our renovation plans include:

• Exterior Painting: A fresh, timeless palette that highlights the building’s historic charm.
• Structural Maintenance: Ensuring the building remains sturdy and secure for tenants and visitors alike.
• Interior Updates: Revitalizing spaces to create an inviting environment for our tenants and their patrons.
